I have the Gold Edition of the game but really only got into the space battle parts. If a Star Wars game is to complicated I tend to lose interest. The only ones that have kept me and are easy enough are the Battlefront Series and X-Wing Series.

I have it the gold edicion as well.

Hmm favorite tank(yet not the best one) is the populsor tank(however its called)
Its from the forces of corruption the one whith the special weapon mount.

favorite hero...hmmm i think yoda.

Favorite spaceship:

As Bombarders i love the Super Big and heavy armed skiparay even X-wings have difficultys beating these monsters whitch are made for bombarding :gunsmilie:
As in big gunships it whould be either the Rebels capital ship or the Consurtiums destroyer.

I love the droideka adicion but they are too weak for what i nottice.

What you should look at is the old-tech like the republican gunships they are weak but...

I had both games. They were decent, unfortunately I lost interest in them quite quickly. Also, Multi-player was too serious for my taste.

The one thing I loved doing: in ground battles I would play Empire and build only AT-ATs when permitted. Then, I spam the deploy storm-trooper abilities on all. With a unit cap of 9, I usually had 8 AT-ATs and 16 groups of Stormtroopers with a support unit (Anti Air mostly). Then just charge the enemy. Oh the destruction!
I still preferred space skirmishes to ground battles.
Game got quite easy after sometime. Especially space battles. Focus fire on the guns and shields, then leave the engine(s) intact. This leaves the enemy with a useless ship that takes up space for the unit cap.

Favorite Vehicle/Ship was the Executor. Just enjoyed the size of it in Galactic campaigns and the detail.

I'd give the game 7/10.
Recommend? Yes, but can get repetitive after a while and easy.

Cheers

I've got both of them, but I only like the Space Battles. The computer always seems to beat me on ground battles

Ok so I know I've resurrected a dead topic but I haven't seeing if anyone still does this with multi palyer?

I love the game but as has been pointed its gets repetitive in single play mode

Multi-player exists, and it's dead
