Republic at War: A Modification for SWEaWFoC

Republic at War is probably the best mod I've ever played for Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption. The mod is made by z3r0x and you can get it here from ModDB:

Republic at War (or RaW for short) is a Clone Wars modification that completely reshapes SWEaWFoC (Star Wars Empire at War Forces of Corruption). It removes the Zann Consortium faction and replaces them with a very small Pirate faction. The Empire is changed to the Republic, and the Rebellion is changed to the Confederacy of Independent Systems (CIS). There is no actual "campaign" for this mod, but a scripted Galactic Conquest map. RaW takes out all of the units from SWEaWFoC and replaces them with Clone Wars era units like the V-19 Torrent for the Republic and the Vulture Droid for the CIS. It also adds the capital ships like the Venator-Class Star Destroyer for the Republic and the Providence-Class Carrier/Battleship and the Lucrehulk Battleship for the CIS. The CIS are a very fighter heavy faction since the Providence-Class can launch fighters from its hangar (but they aren't unlimited) and the Lucrehulk can launch fighters from it's dual hangars (the fighters from the Lucrehulk are unlimited as far as I know). So if you download this mod, a strategy against the CIS is to destroy the hangars first! The Republic is a pretty balanced faction, and the Venator has a powerful SPHA-T beam which is deadly to frigates and large ships. Both the Venator and Providence classes have the ability to "fire all broadsides" which is extremely deadly to anything that is cought in its fire.

So overall RaW is a pretty good mod and if you have SWEaWFoC you should download it right now.
