I've just bought this game. Does anyone know if they are going to add a multiplayer in any patch to this game? And if not, does anyone know if there will be a multi in SWTFU II?

NO and NO.
There will be no multiplayer for TFU (Only on Wii you have exclusive duels mode) and they stopped the development for Multiplayer in TFU2 (at least there were rumors they did it)
