No free games available?

I was looking for a good video game console and decided to purchase Nintendo Wii U 32GB Mario Kart Deluxe Set.
The problem is I can't see this free game installed.
Someone told me I can see it automatically when I enter my account, and there's no code or something like that, but I can't find anything.
The store still offering me to buy Mario Kart for some reason, besides when I click on any of free games, they try to make me pay for it.
What is wrong with this console?
