Is this worth getting?

I might be looking to get it, but Im not sure what games are popular on it(meaning online) other then the new CoDs. Is it worth it to get this, or is it better to get an xbox 360?

I've been rocking my PS3 since it first launch. I've gotten my monies worth and more out of it. Its free to play online but a premium online service will be available by the end of the month. Games that are good online? Haas already mentioned MW2, its pretty good. I'm playing Battlefield Bad Company 2 at the moment. If you're a tactical shooter then MAG maybe your best choice. Give us some more info on the genre of games you like to play. Most of us play shooters.
