That's what has me so worked up. I'm hooked to Google like it's crack and I feel like I need to break the ties off.

Oh yeah, no domain name for MD.

Well, it was a nice try .

So seriously, stick with Gmail.

Also, you could setup Microsoft Outlook?

Do you have it (usually comes with Word, Excel, powerpoint)?

That's really the best way to check them.

Not anymore, the only use dedicated pop/imap clients are good for are things like corporate email, government email, etc. stuff where the extra security is mandatory. Web interfaces nowadays are better suited for personal email tasks than dedicated clients, thus rendering them obsolete. Also, thunderbird/seamonkey > outlook. Just sayin'

I used to use calypso back when i had my compaq armada M700. And thunderbird when i was using my g.ho.st email. (boy do i miss ghost)

I recommend Firefox as well as a browser. Though I use Google Chrome as my primary browser and Firefox as secondary. I often have both on at the same time depending on what I need/want to do. I love the Firefox plugin Adblock, it's wonderful being to disable ads. Chrome was not so successful in that unfortunately but I find it much faster (though it consumes more resources) than Firefox.

I also use Hotmail for general, Googlemail for personal and Thunderbird for work.

All have their ups and downs, though I prefer Gmail. I've used Hotmail for 10 years now and it is still serving decently. I'm starting to like Thunderbird after working with it for four months now as well. I recommend Gmail though as the better of the three.

Cheers
