I'm a fan of his books, movies and games. Loved Ghost Recon series. Splinter Cell are cool too if you like stealthy games. Going to miss him in respect of his writing though. He passed Tuesday. Rest in peace.

I have been reading his books for years now. Especially enjoyed Rainbow Six and the Sum of All Fears. But all were excellent reads. I don't really like the movies, they leave too much out of the story and plot, although Hunt for Red October was pretty close. Sad day indeed.

Read a bunch of Clancy through the years. I've lost two good authors this year.

I thought Dr. Seuss died years ago. Just kidding. Couldn't resist.

[poo] :-|

Now I'm reading one of his books, Executive Orders. I remember I was fascinated by the way he described conflicts, fights in jets, in submarines, everything. That was so engrossing. I haven't read many of his books but my favourite is Red Strom.
The only thing I didn't like was how naive was Jack Ryan and that America always wins, no matter what. I know Tom was a patriot but it takes away some realism sometimes.
Also, I loved games signed by his name, mostly Splinter Cell (first three parts only) and up to some point HAWX.
I'm going to miss that guy :-|
