- Will tell the story of "how young Han Solo became the smuggler, thief and scoundrel whom Luke Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi first encountered in the cantina at Mos Eisley."
- Directed by Christopher Miller and Phil Lord (Lego movie directors)
- The script will be written by father and son team Lawrence and Jon Kasdan (Lawrence Kasdan co-wrote The Empire Strikes Back, Return of the Jedi and The Force Awakens)
- No details of casting have yet been announced
- Will be released on 25 May 2018

Hollywood reporter has some ideas for who they want for the main role. Tbh none of them really look like Harrison Ford, except maybe Ansel Elgort who I've never heard of.
