Is this the digital-3d version they've been talking about releasing? Or have they realized it's a bad idea yet?

The 3D will be out in theaters starting in 2012. This is basically the 2004 Special Editions on Blu-ray.

Be warned, the original trilogy are the re-releases, you know because the whole movie wouldn't make sense without the Han and Jabba scene, or updated music in the Cantina.

Those parts suck, but, I really have waited all this time for the box set.

And matt? Don't you remember The making of star wars from way back then? In that scene, Jabba was human.

I suppose it would be more enjoyable, if it were more 'graphic'...I don't mean Luke and leia..you know...I mean arms and limbs, blood and gore, etc. i like those 'action' flicks. Unless it can like, blow me away with digitized graphics that literally 'put me inside the movie', it's a big pill to swallow. I have all six AND the 1st two seasons of Clone Wars AND the Clone War movie (WD is a SW Geek). What does sound interesting is deleted and behind the scenes stuff. I may have seen some of it on TV specials...idk. But I was disappointed in Matt's post about the first 3 episodes, but he's right...Lucas didn't have the digitized technology to make the first three that he had in the last three he made. I want to hear more of what you find out JP when you get these!

Alas WD I don't have a Blu-ray player. However, I will know everything about the special disc before Lucas does though! :punk:
