Anyway, does anyone know why he died? Publisher told us it was in hospital so he was ill but I'm curious what it was. 66 isn't an age to die... at least I want to believe in it.

I looked, I didn't see it. I'm sorry about it, but you don't need to start calling me lazy about it. Feel free to just merge the topics if you want.
