This post is the first step in turning my beautiful mathematics column into a slowly degenerating thread for nonsense  .

I have a suggestion. I believe you are a teenager, which makes your original post quite surprising to say the least.

Two words. Electrical Engineering. People will always need power.

So what does math have to do with pies?

I am a teenager yes...thanks for the career advice  It's definitely true that electrical engineering is a great profession: it's always needed, especially with the technological demands of the 21st century. I am considering the profession (are you involved in it?); an older student I know from my school is going for Electrical Engineering at Princeton...I'd guess the competition there is pretty intense. What makes my original post surprising?...and in regard to Kren, my comment regarding his video was intended satirically, not as insult (in case anyone took it that way). It often does happen like so, however. These threads always stray off topic and become forums for nonsense and insults...hopefully this will remain a shining exception.

Happy engineering.

Well, there's pi day . And at my school people sometime bring pies to celebrate the famous number.

I really wish you were around back when I was still in high school. Could've used someone to do my math for me, you selfish bastard.

How many years has it been since you were in high school. And believe: you're not the first to have asked me to do math work for them .
