Magnitude 5.8. Biggest earthquake in Maryland in a while
They said it was felt as far west as Chicago, as far north as Quebec, and as far south as Atlanta.
Did anyone else feel it???

I was on the 3rd floor of a 3 story office building in North Carolina today and the pictures shook off the desks. It was an interesting sensation and experience.

Middle of NJ and i felt nothing at all. But my mom's work had to be evacuated and my dad's work had a firetruck and 2 cop cars.

My home is about 37 miles from the epicenter in Virginia. I was en route to work in my car and felt nothing. But everyone at home sure did. Knocked a few things off the shelves. Not near like the quake I experienced near San Francisco in 1989 while in the Navy. THAT was a Quake! Aftershocks lasted all night long as strong as the single quake experienced today.
