Hmm yes i remember, i remember the images on tv live if i remember correctly of the second plane crashing into the building...sad moment there.
Odd your posting this now, 1-2 days ago saw part of the movie "world trade center" with nicolas cage.

What was even odder was that there were 5 planes, not 3, 2 of them crashed into the flats and 1 into the pentagon.
At those times we could call a number to ask any questions, but when we asked about the 2 other plans they hang up....since we were thinking they were shot down to prevent more casualties...
Anyone here like Braz, WD, Haas, MC, DOF etc know what happened to them?

I had to drive about a hundred miles today to help put a new roof on my sister-in-law's house. I had forgotten it was the 11th only because I am not usually up that early. But the first small town I drove through had all of their flags at half mast. It all came back and it was a long drive. I can't believe it's been ten years.

Actually, there were 4 planes directly involved. A fifth was stopped, because before it could takeoff, the Department of Transportation Secretary made all remaining civilian planes land, and only the Military Planes were allowed to takeoff.
You are correct, 2 planes hit the World Trade Center, a third hit the Pentagon and the forth plane (United Flight 93) spun in and crashed into the ground in Shanksville, Pennsylvania after the passengers tried to retake the airplane. (They found out what had happened to the first 3 planes via Satphones, and were not going down without a fight.) Who knows how many lives they saved on the ground by giving theirs fighting back, is anybody's guess. :punk: :gunsmilie:
