Penn's 5th, along with four other colleges. I try not to make many jokes about the US considering I live in it and all, but when your top 29 list has five fives... You have a problem.

Nahhh I would rather just make bold thought provoking statements. For example; US News must have missed the class on how to count, there is no #2 in the National Universities list.
