Ah yeh i know what ye mean WD after many things like this that would leave you sleepless iv'e learned literally of anything i fear to lose, while iv'e more or less created me own world, talking with people who in my eyes act normal, since this world forgot what normal is like.
Remember alwayes be thankfull for what you have, it could alwayes be worse, and try and get less stress.
