polling in forums

How do I create a poll in the forums?

Example: http://swgohome.com/phpBB3/viewtopic.php?f=17&t=580

From what I have seen so far,
you need to start a new topic. At the bottom of the text box, it gives you some tabs to click on and one of them is to create a poll. Enter the info in that you want and you should be all set.

Now, I haven't done this yet so there maybe a few other steps I am missing. Good luck.

well, I was looking at the tabs but I can only see two:

1. Options
2. Upload Attachment

maybe polling is an admin feature only?
