Not really sure, I saw the gif and figured i'd throw it up as my avatar. Figured everyone should have an idea of how I look when I post, y'know?

A quick reverse Google search says it's probably a character from "The Wire."

That's easier - the character name's in my sig. Yuuka Kazami, a character from the Touhou Project game series. The image itself is just something I grabbed from an image database.

Interestingly, Google's reverse image search won't actually find you the source, just my posts here and some other people using it as avatars.
