Found what looks like an accurate transcript here.

So... what is it that people are saying he predicted? Overall it seems to fall into three categories - vague, false, or obvious given the situation in 2002. Most of it reads more like his private wishlist than actual predictions.

but it does sound more or less correct. The karzai government does sound like a failure and people are very clear about it in international news, for example.

some were obvious, but some not so much I guess.

"One of his predictions is almost right when you use a different definition of 'fail'" isn't exactly a ringing endorsement.

What is it that has people thinking it's so accurate? Because when I read it, I see him predicting (among other things) a world war, a draft, and a return to the gold standard.

well, no one said Ron Paul's "predictions" were facts... but people are buying more gold now than before. But considering what you said, that was, an obvious "prediction". Anyone who knows a thing or two about economics knows that when you dump dollars, other things such as Oil and Gold go up.
