he played a short role, but his part was essential for the movie. It's a classic scene that none of us will ever forget. RIP

You know, I gotta say if I died and the only thing people cared to remember about me was that I was in a sci-fi movie, i'd be pretty goddamn pissed. And if my kids decided they'd put some pithy line in about how I was one with the Force or some dumb [poo] like that, i'd come back from the grave and strangle them to death. Seriously, what the [m'kay]?

Classic scene, classy actor. I remember watching other films and seeing him. I would turn to my dad and say "hey, there is that guy from Star Wars. The one who gets choked".
R.I.P.

Coolest Imperial Officer ever. RIP! I agree with Otto. Without that scene, Vader would seem almost like an underling to his subordinate officers. It shows his ultimate power over all his commanders and officers.
