What's good is that hopefully this is showing people that these rioters don't give a [poo] about sending any meaningful message, they're going to riot, loot and break stuff regardless if police get involved or not. If this is the message Baltimore PD was attempting to show, hopefully it works out... It's amazing that these people get to vote.
