This great actor played Saruman, Count Dooku, Dracula...was fluent in 8 languages, assassinated Nazis during World War II, knighted in 2009. He died June 7 after being hospitalised for respiratory issues. :-|

Fun fact: Christopher Lee was originally offered the role of Grand Moff Tarkin in Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope. He turned down the role which eventually went to his good friend Peter Cushing.
