Yes, I'm at a rink. And I love the Capitals. Sadly, today is the Day of shame for me, being a Caps fan.

haha :D the title admiral always struck me as cool... man, a navy pilot, sweet stuff! Did you ever get to land on/take off of a carrier? I've lived my entire life in a small suburb on the south side of Cleveland... it's really been a great time. being about halfway between Cleveland and Akron, I get the best of both communities :P

Nope. I flew the land-based P-3C Orion sub-hunter during the Cold-War era with Russia. Made more money too on deployments. I avoided carrier based planes because living on a big ship with 5,000 other 'dudes' didn't appeal to me (Carriers weren't co-ed back then).

I know. I stick proudly with my Capitals, no er how much crap i get from the Penguins fans at my school. Even thought they didn't do well this year, there's always next year.

this has been the motto of my Cleveland sports teams for years and years... maybe these Indians can make something happen! 21-9 baby! I'm also a bulls fan & a bears fan (my dad grew up in Chicago and we're there all the time) and they've been doing pretty well

Lucky. The Caps are the only team around where I live that's worth talking about. I have to go up to Baltimore if I want to see the Ravens.
