I like the cloud city one alot…How 'exactly' do you install these mods, and what's the best site to download?

If you want to install the 123 2.2 mod, just go off the link I showed Minas. That's a self extraction file so you can easily install it. Just go onto the link and hit download.

ive done it.

it removes all the junk from the convo pack...all the bad maps....
and the game-modes all work

its 100% compatible whith the SWBF2 changes

and its small only 155MB

easy download easy install.

The thing is peaple only join a server whith peaple...
New players whould want the pack if its interesting online...

This is what the download for the website said:
" **BEFORE YOU BEGIN** Using Windows Explorer navigate to C: Program Files LucasArts Star Wars Battlefront II GameData Addon and delete these folders: BF2, AT4, AT5, BS1, BS2, GO1, KM1, RH1, RNV before you install +123 v2.2. These folders represent the mods that are no longer approved for competition at www.globalwf.com which include +123 (original) and the GWL Custom Map Pack.

This is a self-extracting Zip file. The folders BF2 and DLC will be extracted to C: Program Files Lucas Arts Star Wars Battlefront II GameData Addon
*If you do not have an Addon folder create one in the GameData folder."

---Does this screw up my normal BF2 map list for JBA competition??

Also, When I click to extract, it asks me to choose a program from a list, or use the web. What's the safest, best way to do this?

well WD-40


1- you cannot have any other mods installed hence why it sayes to delete certain files (in case you have mods installed)

2-if you have windows 7 than its imposible to unzip than you have to download from this link

3- simply extract the files go to computer>--hard disk>-- documents>--lucasartes>--SBWF2>--gamedata>--create a folder and call it addon opend the extreacted file
copy and paste the 2 folders inside and done

4- this does not change previos maps

5- this adds maps like bespin cloud city,rhen vhar,yavin arena

6- this also adds certain game modes to the previos maps.
-like a naboo HA
- and a lot of new hunt maps
-hunt maps where a jet trooper has a sniper
-hunt maps on pollis massa where ewoks fight gunans

WD-40, the +123 2.2 mod is fully online compatible. The reason the instructions tell you to delete those files is because some could conflict with the maps included in the +123 mod if they have the same code. (e.g. RH1).

WD, as the others before me say, you'd have to download this version: http://www.filefront.com/13339842/GWL_123_v2.2.zip/

Then go into C: Program Files (x86) ---> Lucasarts ----> Star Wars Battle Front 2 ---> Game Data, and create a folder named "addon" in there.

Then extract the downloaded file into your addon folder:
C: Program Files (x86) ---> Lucasarts ----> Star Wars Battle Front 2 ---> Game Data ---> addon

The mod doesn't affect any of the game's online compatibility. You don't need to bother about removing those files, as I guess that you haven't installed any mods before.
