Oh snap, thats awful man, hope that heals up quick, heres my story

I have a rare form of osteochondritis in my ankles. Back in 2006 they started to deteriorate beyond belief for no reason, not an injury. I will post my xrays in a few days, I have a checkup soon. I have hardly moved in 6 years, its been terrible so you are not alone, hang in there.

left ankle, the nasties are hard to see and are from early 2007 so they healed up nice, the trick to scars is to use vitamin E every single day multiple times a day on it

You guys have had a bad time, not very nice at all. I hope you all recover and get your fitness back (assuming you had any in the first place) :whistling:

But in all seriousness get well soon guys. I certainly would not like any of the issues described here.

Regards,

Kren

Ouch, well when you get better do lots of swiming. it helps get it much stronger and shaved my recoverytime by about 7 months.
there are 3 more scars. one looks like an indent in my leg the other is coverd, and I can't see the 3rd one. Yeah i use vitamin E most of the time. I also used a silicone strip ontop of the scar then put a large sock on to keep it in place for about all night. The photo is pretty old too
maybe 7 months ago. Now I'm back to playing baseball, and I have to wear an antidislocating knee brace. It really works! I swim year around too so it took lots of work to get over this.
I bent my leg a lot too so the scar stretched out quite a bit. During this i pretty much quit gaming till about 8/20/10 right when school started...

I feel bad about the crutches thing, as I broke my leg skiing, and had to use them for 6 weeks. Better to break an arm than a leg. At least you still have use of your legs and an arm to get around easily. But that was nothing compared to the sheer hell and pain I went thru getting this tattoo on my ass. A great evening drinking made it funny at the time. :whistling:

Oh God, that scared me.

I Probably have popped my knee out of place around 25 times? But it snaps right back. Same with twisting/spraining my ankle. It rights itself out :innocent:
