Sleepy Dogs Whiskeybeer Night Recording

Postby [m'kay] » Wed Feb 13, 2013 5:51 am

I played a video game live while drunk a week or so ago, and it was pretty great. Obviously a metric [poo] load of swearing, like seriously I seem tame as a kitten on these forums in comparison.

I wouldn't say it's nothing like GTA, it's the same genre, but it's done by a completely different team and without all the heavy handed satire from Rockstar. It's a really, really good game, and to be perfectly honest if you muted the video you wouldn't be able to tell a difference between my normal playing and that. It's [m'kay] awesome.

Over 7 assaults, carjacking and kid knapping, all in under 5 minutes while toasted. I'll need to watch more later. Gotta road trip to do.

I don't have this game, nor will i, from reviews the story is something like this:

Your a Chinese undercover agent infiltrating the triads? to take out their leader.
Issue being for them to accept you, you have to prove yourself by aiding them, which will lead to in fact commuting crimes, and at that no light ones, murdering innocents, and from what i've read at some point it's kinda a choice.
Killing innocent people to get to the leader and eliminate him, or not.

Not sure if that's accurate but anyhows otherwise seems a bit much like GTA

Hahaha do post more of these.
Is the game that laggy or is it your screen capture?
Videogames don't make people violent, lag makes people violent.

Well I was streaming it live on a website, so the quality suffered a bit. The game normally runs incredibly smoothly on my machine, it's just the strain of streaming that makes it perform a bit badly. But even still, taking into account that I was not only recording at 720p but broadcasting it as well, the game is pretty well optimized.

That's kind of what I assumed
