This will be my first ever built gaming rig, so i wanted to good. Anyways I wanted to know if these parts will work together? I don't want to buy stuff that dont work :(. Also I do have the CD DRIVE, HARDDRIVE, ect.

I would HIGHLY recommend going with a higher than 500 watt power supply

That large of a video card is going to suck a lot of power. 125w CPU is a power hog as well.

I was going to say the same thing. I'd go with 1000W and you can usually find combo deals for a case and power supply together. A good place to compare prices is tigerdirect.com - sometimes they beat newegg, sometimes not.
