1. Yes, the game comes with a free month of gameplay.
2. I'm not sure about this one, but I imagine it would be possible.
3. I doubt it, but if someone took your name on one server, just switch to another.

2. Yes, PVE servers clearly say there will no language or naming enforcement.

3. No you cannot repeat names on same server.

And seeing as people's spending habits are their own business and some people have to take extra steps to be able to pay for things like this (like cutting coupons, etc.) The reason I hadn't been donating money lately is because until recently I've been putting money aside to help my brother who just went off to college in october.
