Ive finnally figuered out that program and added slow mode.

There isnt much diffrence but it will be great for the New video.

that same video was there but barly edited.

Also when you Log into Xfire go to Tools >options>Xfire-in-game
There there are hotkeys change the key binding of Video to whatever you want.
Now go in-game press this key-binding to start filming press it again to stop

You can change the video options in Tools >options>video
