NYC?

Since the JBA server isn't an option, is it a possibility to experiment with the NYC server with the TK on setting? From what I've seen, the NYC server always has a couple people on it, but is never really full(unless the JBA and even Merc servers crash). Having few players on would minimize the TK factor, and the people who want to improve their skills, and overcome being a player who relies on mines, detpacks, and grenades to win can play against a few actual people instead of Single Player, where you'd just be 'improving' on bots who don't even shoot as you run by them. I think, even if it would only be a couple day trial, we should at least try turnung the TK on. If it doesn't work, you could just set it back to normal. But I think this would be a place for the few people that would like the Tk to be on, and since the server is rarely full, it wouldn't have the TK issue that JBA would have if we were to turn the TK on there.
