Old Lady glitcher

I was just on the NYC server (12:40pm CST) and a player with the user name "Old Lady" had gotten into the ceiling of Tan4 and was shooting people through walls. He/She was doing this for most of the map. I was only able to get one screenshot, but here it is:

This person has glitched on the LCG server before. Mostly Kamino and Mos Eisley, the easy ones.
