Hitler IS a banned name on the servers as well. So the real question is, where did EAW really take this screenshot?

I've seen some dude with a username "10 blacks" play at the server unimpeded. To me that's a racial slur...why hasn't that guy been kicked or banned? (I actually haven't seen him as of late, but I don't play the game as much as I used to).
