Generally the issue that rises with switching people to the team they want is that everybody wants a switch....
We're admins not the manual-team-switching-team(i think i messed that up )

We do switch either people because of team balance, or "some" people in HA causing unbalance because they leave and rejoin constantly to be a hero puller.
