Is this glitching?

During some matches in HA, I get my Grevious on top of the hexagonal building near the center of the map. I use a ramp in the map to get there. I've already gotten some complaints about this being glitching, but I don't think it's a glitch. Before I do it anymore, I want to know if its a glitch so I don't do it anymoreor if it isn't and I can keep doing it.
