Compression using WMM is pretty bad though, since it uses some generic Windows Media codec (great for small clips, bad for video game footage).
Anyway, I wish my ping would let me do things like that. You should try playing with 180 ping Flames, you'd hate it too. :P

Em...i have managed to make videos with a 320 ping...
But you should select the half size option on Xfire...else your game will get too laggy...
