Well jedi academy isn't really dead i go on that mostly now and i found out more than 999,999,000 play that game including me same with swbf 1 and 2. Though the least played starwars games are jedi outcast and the one before outcast. So we are talking jka is 2nd place as best game and swbf 1 3rd and 2 is 1st, If the many people that see this at least give it a try maybe you could grow to like it (most fan made star wars video game movies is jka i do my research)

I believe it would be more beneficial for SWGO to look to the future and not the dirt road we came in off. That's just my opinion.
If there is genuine interest among the membership to start hosting JA then we could talk about fundraising for servers. Otherwise, judging from the sentiment here so far, I don't think it will happen.

And also to my commenting on my post.

If you guys would like i could host. But if i get a server i may have to get 10 slot because my mom doesn't wanna buy a $60 32 slot server (which i could agree with). So yeah i agree with you about ' it would be more beneficial for SWGO to look to the future'.

SWBF2 is bad suported, costs a lot, and has less players every day.
The game isn't dying, it is already dead.
Few remain who play this game, and to be honest, this game wasn't made to last so long.....

SWBF2 is rolling down on the inclined plane, not JA. E.g. look up to IGF webside or to ESL

And SWBF2 was made for a laaarge group of fans who will play in this game till death(untill they get bored of it), only max 10-15% there are players who aren't interested in SW universe. And this 15% has left. Now fans are leaving, but it's not a suprise. LA doesn't support this game, they don't release any patches, new maps.. ESL also is a crap, there aren't any real tournaments like in MW so it's a game for a niche.. Hope SWBF3 is not just a unfulfilled dream.

Well sadly JA only consists of dedicated RPers and servers that run Movie Battles or Movie Battles II. Anything that has to do with the default game really doesn't attract that big of a crowd except for those few dedicated players and clans that function only on JA. We ran it all before shutting those JA servers down, it was something that I and a few others didn't want to happen but with the servers sitting empty nearly everyday of the week it was just a waste of money. Trust me when I say that JA might have large numbers of players but they aren't looking for the next good server.

I'm with Burz, well just have to hope that LA or someone else comes out with SWBF3 or at least something similar.
