It kinda seems like we have this conversation every couple of months or so. Maybe we could have a sticky or something for people to satisfy their curiosity with?

That was Samonuh?!? Holy crap! I almost forgot about that! My little pony...I cannot imagine the sheer amount of drugs it would take to digress to the mental level it would take to get excited about that kinda cartoon [poo]...and at the level of pre-kindergarten. Just saying...Wow!...Seriously?!?

Pretty sure WGO ended up collapsing like six months after the split. Or effectively collapsing.
And in the case of the WGO/Gmrz split I can definitely feel empathy for them since they were the driving force behind SWBF2 recruitment for WGO at the time and definitely the big attraction for newer players. Yes, there were other admins but to say that the others were putting in as much time as Dread, Rancor, Biggs, etc would be ridiculous and we all know it. Each of them was playing/adminning 20-30 hours a week easy where as I don't really remember any other admin playing during that time period nearly as much. The only admin from then that I truly remember would be Duel as he played in hero assault significantly more then, than he does now. Truthfully the single thing that killed Gmrz and really enabled WGO/SWGO to grow on was their shielding of Leggz for years and years. Pretty sure all the major players from 2007-2010 were in line with Dread (at least somewhat) until they became alienated by Leggz's behavior.

[04:29] (SWGO)SWINE*FLU: We'll do it in turns.
[04:30] -SR-Mandalore: That sounds super fair
[04:30] -SR-Mandalore: Do you think other gay couples do that?
[04:30] (SWGO)SWINE*FLU: I reckon so.

Haas, I mean no offense but I don't even remember you playing....ever. I'm sure you do a good bit behind the scenes but I've literally never seen you play in the 3,000 hours I've put in from 2008-2011.

We all have our own interpretations of what happened, really. I don't fully agree with you Mandalore, but some of the stuff you say makes perfect sense.
