Ignore it, he is referring to the 2.2 patch of the 2.0 conversion pack mod, whose original intent was to restore maps from Battlefront 1 so they could be played on its sequel.

Anyhow thats the reason i downloaded it....
when i was litte(i never had the game) i alwayes remembered an ice map...
i was disapointed when i didnt find it in SWBF2

So i went looking for maps and i found the 2.0 path
a lot of errors there and then i found 2.2

Now i can play REN VHAR!!!

thats the best map ever...
both for conquest as hero assult.....

too bad there ist a SWGO server whith that map....

Toad is incorrect. I believe he is referring to the Det Glitch which is separate from v1.3. The only thing v1.3 changes on a non v1.3 supported server is your FoV, which is changeable in almost every modern game now. Awkward, it's been a bit sad to see you fall from how I used to know you. Happy trolling.

Well, dets are already overpowered in both FF on and off (well, considering how the Engineer class itself is ridiculously top tier) , so what did this "det glitch" do to make it even worse? Kinda curious.

You can throw dets unlimited distance straight forward until it hits something, even if all the way across the map.

I wondered about that. I've spectated some incredible throws. Does SWGO allow this mod? Also, when I'm a missile guy, right after a map starts, there are some guys playing Engys that kill me with one shot. Sorta impossible until they earn the Flechette rifle. What's with that?

many peaple say its cheating.

But from my expirience its caused by:

- A perfect shot that hits all shotgun bullets and hits the head.

- also happens whith lag sometimes no damage because of lag....well other times a lot of damage

- When you pick up a damage increased Boost

Amen WD! There are some engineers who shoot me with a shotgun on maps like Geonosis from what I would consider sniper range and they kill me in 3 shots. (Without flechette) Impossible for a shotgun in the true nature of the weapon! I have also had those dets tossed at me from way past their range. Now I know why! As if there wern't enough great players already to bring a man down, let alone superhero engineers!
