It's short for Light Training. In other words, I have to stay in the clan for training/general improve until I can join {LR} (Light Reflection.)

It's a clan which I'm pretty sure is only known because they're one of the last servers on the list, although some of the people are pretty good.

Not exactly sure. I've seen around 10 different people but it's very likely just a small amount of them. I'll ask the admin next time I can talk to him.
