@ The video: If you look at when the guy brings up the player list, all pings are >200 except the video maker's ping. This suggests that it's his/her home hosted server, meaning they can enable whichever fake console commands they like.
@The 'trainer': Not online compatible. Only affects single player.
I have some cool cheats I can send you over Xfire if you want, though.

corpse im not trying to cheat here.
Ive been told noone cheats.
Ive just been told some things of a player.
I did a test run on a diffrent server.
I can easyly infinite-run ussing the fake consol on the 1.3 patch.
What im trying to say is....
If its posible to cheat.
Then how can it be prevented?

Give up your quest Minas, no one is trying to prevent anything. I've tried and look what they've made me into.
1.3 changes the game, people argue it doesn't.
hide....the trolls will get you

Ive noticed you can change things whith that consol.
The filter on the server prevents a lot.
But there are things posible.
Like instant regeneration of your stamina....
Anyhow awkward seeing your expirience whith this. U can make a video and post it here.

So, the changes in that video involve a player (the host of the server, most likely - see Corpse's comment) freezing their HP and energy at a constant level. (Possibly also increasing weapon damage, or dropping enemy HP, later on?)
Can the fake console actually enable/disable these things for a specific player? I haven't used it in ages. If not, the other way to do this would be freezing the values in memory (via a trainer-like program) - which should also only work if you were the host.
Awkward, if it's actually effecting gameplay, you just need to provide proof (or, at please some evidence...). I'll make a server (or offer one - the MM server's usually free), and you can demonstrate something that's impossible in the normal game. Simple as that.

It's an obvious cheat to force jump/float all the way across the map like that, and force pull like a truck dragging a player's carcass across the arena. First, to cheat like that would quickly get boring as there's no challenge or skills required to win. Second, to be pwned again and again by this 'server host' would be great reason to black-ball that server and lose all it's players. Seems stupid to me. Cheaters are just cheaters. No skills.

All of the gameplay mechanics are controlled by the host, not the player. Sure the 1.3 allows for what amounts to increased mouse sensitivity, but it does not change the gameplay mechanics.
