JBA is down - hosting issues (edit - now up)

One of our backbones Level 3 is having an outage, we have switched currently to another backbone till the Level 3 issues are fixed. However this has left some people with the ability not to see there servers are online, because there ISP has not updated the cashe yet. Please give this a good 1-2 hours if your ISP has not updated, also we will bring back the level 3 backbone connection once there outages are fixed.
