I perceived his statement as a humorous comment on the way some people host Non dedicated RPG servers for swbf2.
In more detail, that all he has seen for this map in question in terms of online gameplay is Non-dedicated RPG servers for swbf2 where all they do in terms of "role playing" is go into a house and pretend they are watching television as it seems to give them more satisfaction that shooting at something.
