Ive finnally figuered out that program and added slow mode.
There isnt much diffrence but it will be great for the New video.

your video reminds me of a different video 0__0 the other video im thinking of may have been yours. How do i download fraps??

that same video was there but barly edited.
Also when you Log into Xfire go to Tools >options>Xfire-in-game There there are hotkeys change the key binding of Video to whatever you want. Now go in-game press this key-binding to start filming press it again to stop
You can change the video options in Tools >options>video
