Jazzy--Inflamatory Language

A player named Jazzy was playing on the No Force Server at around 9:40 EST today. He was saying dumb things and spamming the chat, as well as annoying the heck outta me. I have one screenshot; my other one came out black, but I can tell you he was saying this kind of stuff a lot!!!
