"CD code not authorized to play this game" was I banned?

Hi guys, Captain jOE here. I'm sure someone here recognizes me. Anyway, I was playing tonight, got off of the SWGO Jedi Battle Arena. And when I went to get back on, It said that the "CD code is not authorized to play this game." I can log onto other servers and onto other SWGO servers. So I have to ask the question: was I banned? If so: what for?
I don't curse, rage, glitch, or hack. I love the server and don't know why I would be banned. But if I did or said anything offensive, I'd like to make restitution for it and hopefully be back in the server soon.
I'd appreciate anything that the you SWGO guys can tell me.

Have you used any other names recently? I couldn't find "Captain jOE" on the ban list.

I've encountered this bug before, on the merc server. I restarted my comp and it was fixed.

It's probably just a bug. But thank you for your clear concern without yelling. I have encountered you online a few times before, and you seemed a decent player.

No, I only use Captain jOE. That's a relief then, it really worried me because the Battlefronts 2 community is small enough as it is, so I didn't want to be banned from like the only active server. Especially since I like the ideals you uphold and always try to be someone who is enjoyable to game with.
I'll try restarting my comp and see if that helps. EDIT: yeah it worked. If I had thought that restarting would fix the problem I would have tried that before coming here. Thanks again!

I've had discs go bad on occasion...I've had my game discs show this very same thing. i just back out of the game, remove the disc from the computer, put back in, and rerun the program. Most of the time it works, no harm done. Otherwise, as was already mentioned, just restart your computer a time or two if thats what it takes.

It happens sometimes. I just refresh and try again...works everytime..except in merc...weird.
