I originally thought this would protect against being crashed to desktop, but it was never thoroughly tested.
It is now guaranteed to stop you from being crashed to desktop from the vote-kick exploit. It will still not stop you from being kicked, but if everyone has this, it would take an attacker a long time to kick everyone.

False - redownload. The original file does not protect against this crash to desktop.
I originally thought that it did, but it turns out that it only stopped you from being able to crash people and not the other way around. It was all an experimental fix and I never properly tested it. I reevaluated how to patch it this time, and found a much cleaner fix that actually works.
