Patched client swbf2 exe to restore different chat colors for team chat and admin chat
AND protects against being crashed to desktop.

Right now the team chat is the old green, and I made Admin chat grey.

It is the modified official 1.1 North American executable - meaning you don't need a CD to run it.
I am unsure if this will work as a replacement for anyone outside of North America.
*Edit: It might actually be the international version. I'm not sure anymore, but it should still work for everyone.

Go to the install folder
- DVD/CD install: C:\Program Files (x86)\LucasArts\Star Wars Battlefront II\GameData\
- Steam install: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\star wars battlefront ii\gamedata *I haven't tested on steam
Replace the old BattlefrontII.exe with this new one *Rename/backup your old copy first, just in case

I will take no responsibility for any problems you have. The original exe is property of LucasArts and can be downloaded as part of the North American 1.1 patch. This modification is not endorsed/affiliated with LucasArts or approved by them. Use at your own risk

UPDATE: If you have the previous file, it is recommended that you download the new version. The old file does not protect against being crashed to desktop, but the new file does.

Are you sure this is not the UK English version? I needed to go into internet options and set the game to search all regions just to see JBA in the lobby. Good work though.

I think some idiot must have reverted the code before they made the 1.1 patch. Probably the same idiot who released the game in debug mode (at least this part makes it easy for me to fix their mistakes).

Fasty, I had both versions on my computer. I could only patch one of them, and I thought it was the US version. As long as it works for everyone then I guess it doesn't matter.
