Just a quick question, what are the admin guidleines for bans, such as earlier warnings/boots?

If you're a regular on the server and are known for breaking rules on a consistent basis, some admins may choose to kick you and bypass warnings because you should be already aware of the rules. This is up to the discretion of the admins that are on at the time of the incident. Warnings are usually given to first-time infractors and/or those who haven't visited our servers for awhile.

With the caveat, as mentioned, that extra time or skipped steps may be applied at the admin's discretion, especially for known troublemakers.
