Luke Chokes?

Did anyone else realize that Luke uses Force choke?
Just watching ROTJ with my son and I noticed it.

I'm going to go out on a limb and assume that all of the people here have a copy or have access to a copy of Return of the Jedi. If not they need to be given a ban and placed on the wall of shame.

guess I need to ban myself and add myself to the wall of shame then....
I let the kids watch the DVD and when I got it back I couldn't even get the DVD player to accept the disc...is that bad?

Wow! You all just noticed that Luke chokes in ROTJ? Holy crud what was Luke supposed to do? That's right bring
balance to the force. Luke was able to use the dark force powers because of this very reason. Don't you guys ever read the books? Seriously?

I noticed that the first time I saw ROTJ. I just thought choking should be used by all...

Its not the powers that are dark or light, its the user. At least that is what I took away from it.
Besides, I don't think he was choking them, I think he was tickling them under their chinny chin chins, and they collapsed from laughing way to fast and lack of oxygen that followed.

I don't think it was a choke. I believe her 'force pushed' their fat tongues, or the apples they were eating down their throats. Well...maybe that's 'a choke' too.
