Breaking rules on accident?

So I was playing on SWGO Hero assault and I was Ki adi mundi I started to Jedi sprint but I notice I'm not losing stamina and I'm going slow, so I'm slow running but I didn't do any glitch. I'm telling you before I get banned again. How do I stop that?

Slow run is when force option is selected (Pull and Push) and you click the wheel on your mouse and sprint. The way no to do it is to not click the wheel.

It can happen by mistake. Just stop as quickly as possible.
You won't get banned unless you keep doing it.

Jump and hit your attack button as you come down, sort of like a stomp attack. That'll clear it.
