become active on both the servers and forums. Add all the current admin's xfires to your list and try to be helpful in reporting troublemakers or glitchers. Don't break any rules and never ask for admin. After a couple months of this you will be ready to be admin.

It's not a rule that you can't ask how to be admin, it's just that we get a lot of people who are brand new to the community asking how to be admin...
We mainly ask members of the community to admin who have shown they are respectable players, play on the servers often, and are part of the community here on the forums. So that's how you become an admin - play on the servers, follow the rules, and be a positive part of the community. Good luck!

Argh, could you look up to other topics related to Admins before creating you own? That's all a bit of a waste of time and space..... it also shows you are not really interested in being an Admin if you haven't familiarized with other materials connected with it. I don't want to write there what you should do, it's in other topics..... read 'em arrrrrghhhhhhh so irritating
